Volvo D3 air filter problem
      #1859604 - 15/05/2008 11:29

Does or has anyone on here experienced a problem with the square air filter on the VP D3 sucking itself into the turbo, thus causing the engine to go in to limp home mode?
I may have found an answer.

I've found a solution too, it's called a "KAD 32"

Nick
Didnt VP recommend changing the shape of the filter?

It was quite a common problem....well that and the heat exchanger getting full of muck and causing the engine to overheat....
