Two orthodox and one southpaw. I guess for manouevring the centre engine is off leaving opposite-handed props on the outside engines. Pretty smart.

Sorry, but it looks fake to me, photoshop special, you can see the trim tab on the left prop, so where does the shaft go?

If fuel burn is what you're after, this can accomplish the job way better, with its gas turbine...
