How long do the likes of navionics give support for the charts you buy. I'v a navionics cartridge that is about 5 years old. It needs updating. Contacted a local supplier of carts who says "don't bother you need to buy new kit". Why? The chart plotter functions fine. Its the info that feeds it that is out of date!

Which plotter, Navionics seem to run many trade in schemes, some of which are US only, or plotter brand specific?

Which model? very difficult to get any results when faced with recent and 5 year old models?
