JRC Plot 500F GPS/Plotter - Help needed

Hi all,
I have one of these on the S23, and some plike decided to go messing with it yesterday (not me!) and screwed up the display settings. Long story short I seem to have lost the depth display.

does anyone know if there is a reset procedure to return this to factory settings? manual not much help
