Youy'll be lucky. Water in wheel bearings = death to bearings

Any of the boat trailer wheel bearing greases will do. The secret is not to just reverse the trailer into the water while the bearings are hot. Rapid cooling will suck in water. Let them cool a few minutes first. Not a problem if you have to wait your turn at busy ramps.

Use standard wheel bearing grease and fit one of these. http://www.bearingbuddy.com/

It also helps if you reverse the inside oil seal and solder up the small breather hole in the outer dust cap, by reversing the oil seal you effectlively keep the water out.
