Does anyone know where I can buy led bulbs with the normal small quater turn fittings for my interior lights, I am on the south coast Dorset/Hampshire.

We have replaced all our lights, including bayonet type. Take care to get right colour/voltage.

CarolineLouise,
I purchased mine from http://led1.de/shop/
The prices were much better than anything I could find here in the UK, they sent them essentially next day at no extra cost and they were really great at advising me. Don't let the fact that they are based in Germany put you off! ...
No connection, just satisfied with them...

I had a disappointing experience with bulbs from Ultraleds.
LED replacement bulbs like the one below are now available at the large chandlers. Suits me better to take the old bulb in and check I am getting what I think I am: web page
My tips are: - Get one with a yellow tinge for saloon (white is unpleasant to read by) - As they form a point of bright light, they benefit from a shade or diffuser.

The above have a good range and seem cheaper than chandlers / marine suppliers.
They also do discounts for multiple purchases (ie we need 6 G4 Halogen replacements and they give a % off).

Just checked out the campercare web site, and sure enough, it's cheeper than the marine store's, but is that a surprise to anyone!

They have an ebay store too - although prices the same as on the web. I've just ordered 6 G4 LED replacements - they confirmed they are voltage regulated for 11v - 15v so should cope with charging etc ok.
Will report back how they perform!!
