Getting A loft

Ok, so whats the best way of getting to the top of the mast ?
My VHF antenna is wobbling and my Anchor light needs fixing.
What's the best solutions ?
There appear to be solutions like these ladders ?

I guess I could prussic up the halyards ?

I'm open to ideas
