Am I right in saying Belgium has had their Red extension confirmed? If so, surely that set a president for us?

I've not seen anything official that says Belgium have had their derogation extended. Indeed, the Belgians we picked fuel up from in December did not know anything about an extension.

I did a web search on this as I live in Belgium. It appears that a local boat mag is stating that extension of the use of Red diesel has been ratified in an official document recently. Their position is that at the end it is a local goverment decision.
