I mean what are the marina's going to do if the worst happens and they are sitting on tons of red diesel, especially if 90% of their trade is leisure, will they be given time to sell it? What about getting new installations for places that supply commercial and leisure? It really is getting ridiculously late and someone should make a [--word removed--] decision!
