We're planning to BBQ on the Saturday night if you can arrange to bring your own food. Byron is organising his marquee and picnic tables. It's always useful to have your own picnic chairs to sit out on the lawn.
The following have shonw an interest, it would be useful to have confitmation. Dhris_D No Regrets Ramage Gavi DWT rr123 Andrew_Fanner NickCred Phill Geoffs
Any others?
Looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible.

I confirm
I shall need directions, other than 'Head up the River and look for the BBQ though, if you would be so kind...
We may be a little late on Saturday due to Work though. 7pm possibly....

After Cleeve lock carry on up-river for about a mile. You will see the boats moored on the right with a flagpole flying the Forum flag. If you get to Sheridan Marine, or Moulsford Prep School or the Railway bridge you've gone too far. I'll pinpoint it on your chart for you at the TVR

We confirm that we shall be there.
No Regrets, we shall be departing from T&K mid afternoon as we have commitments in the morning. If that time would suit you I would be happy to travel in convoy with you if that would help.

Really sorry and very disappointed as we are now unable to attend.
Oldest son is revising for the following weeks GCSE's and eldest daughter has entered a sponsored run on Sunday to raise funds for her ill teacher.
I hope you all have a great time and hope that we can attend a future meeting.
Phill.

Hope to make it. Weather forecast a little less than perfect, but fingers crossed. I'll confirm for certain once in the river.
I can stock up at Tesco's in Reading for Barby stuff.

We will be coming on Saturday by car (Alex is rowing in the Ball Cup at Dorney Lake on the Sunday).
Byron, could you PM me your postcode so that I can use my sat-nav to find my way to you!
Thanks

Guess what! I will be there too. I will also nag the pants off Uncle Albert to make sure he's there.
