After a winter and Spring of stripping, scraping, sanding and finally varnishing ...... and the boat looks good too!!
Will be at Trad Boat Rally in July and pottering around Wargrave/ Henley wearing an innane grin. Plus clothes.

She looks lovely. With all the work you have put in, are you entering her in any of the trophies for restoration?

Despite appearances she is only about 12 years old with modern Japanese (reliable) diesel engine.
Other than best in show, I am not sure she would be eligible. I think the former would be a little opportunistic!!

She is traditional, does it say she needs to be vintage ?

The following craft are eligible to enter the Rally:-
1. Boats of traditional wooden construction.
2. Wooden boats built by hot or cold moulding techniques.
3. Composite craft (i.e. metal frames with timber planking).
4. Vessels built of riveted iron or riveted steel.
5. Craft built of canvas on a wooden frame

How about composite craft i.e. made from Glass and Plastic...

WELL IT'S COMPOSITE ISN'T IT?
