Navionics CF Card reader

If anyone has a CF card reader for use with Navionics charts & a spare Compact flash card to use for waypoint & route transfer then I would be very happy to purchase them for a resonable fee.

Isn't it just a standard card reader as seen on Ebay for a couple of quid?

Unfortunately not, been this route with 3 card readers, laptop, printer & a standaloan.
Hardware encripted I assume so need there reader unless anyone knows of a patch program for a normal SD card reader to be able to read the Navionics data.
