Hi, I am looking for information or spares for a GM Bedford marinised diesel, engine prefix of MMG. 6 cylinder biult in the 60s or 70s? Can u help?

not 100% sure, but i think the engine is a GM500.
they were fitted to TK series bedfords and some of the bigger TM series, you may also find them fitted into the older duple bodied coaches.
for a good engine try a salvege yard, they were fitted into the old bedford "B type" tenders used by most fire brigades, these will have been well looked after and not have many miles on them.. and probably well tested!!
