Thought you would like to know.

So long as the human race breeds out of control and we all continue to buy cheap goods made in hideously polluting Chinese factories which, because of their appalling quality will need early disposal of as waste and thereby, replacement with yet more Chinese tat, none of us should complain about Global Warming. It's the truth but sadly, some are just too comfortable in our 21st century consumer existence to face up to it.
However, since I've now come to the conclusion that we, here in this country can do nothing to reverse this, I have decided to "Stop Worrying and Learn to Love the Bomb"

Very good idea, dollar at an all time low, steady weather patterns, if you can afford a big mobo you're not short of a quid or two, lucky swines!

Have you seen the small ads in most lifestyle magazines? Hundreds of people offering "Villas in Florida" for rent.
started looking at them ourselves over 20 years ago. glad we didn't go ahead with it.

So what?
By the way, remind us where you keep your boat?

I think I'm a little too slow for your irony/sarcasm.
Bought our last boat instead of a Florida property. There are so many available to rent, and since I've been through the front gate of WDW 33 times (easter bribes over 8 years to allow dad to sail uninhibited for the rest of the summer)
We know people with places there and all tree of them have the samre difficulty in getting bookings, whereas, two friends with holiday lettings in Cornwall, stay full from year to year.
When we get too old to live on our yacht in GREECE, we may well sell up and buy a place there. All is in flux concerning future dates of retirement at the moment and I'm really talking at least two stages ahead.
We still visit Key West though. great place so long as you're not a prude.
