New Selden mast, boom, rod kicker, standing and running rigging was almost £10k for my Dehler 34 4 years ago.

I was thinking of the mast alone. It's often possible to recover a great deal of the rest but £10K is probably about right for the value of everything. If you are to insure it might be wise to ask a surveyors opinion on value or even a rig survey. It it comes down there will be a question of what condition it was all in.

The racing risks extension for 'New for Old' spars may not be too expensive.
You won't want to re-use standing rigging.
There is also quite a lot of labour involved, for instance in repairing furler system after the foil is bent in half.
Best bet might be to ask a local rigger for a vague quote, tell him it's for your insurance proposal. Or if you deal via a good insurance broker, he will know reasonable costs for comparable yachts.
You are very unlikely to lose your mast in the RTI, but I
would prefer to be covered, I wouldn't want to be that much out of pocket and blaming someone else.
