Where is the cheapest place in the world, i did hear the Azures was a place where people give up their dream and dump the boat.

Markets fluctuate.
As do currencies.
Southern states of US provided some great bargains in recent years due to punters taking a flyer on storm damaged boats....
Also how easy is it to get to a particular place and how long to get the boat back....

many variables....

Scotland seems more sensibly priced than southern England....
