If anyone has a recommendation I'd be most grateful.

Stig Mcdonald came highly recommended for my keelwork & I have to say that he is a Jedi master with the composites. He did a beautiful job.
his email is
'stigmcd at yahoo.co.uk'

see http://calderoriginals.com/2006/09/stig-mcdonalds-carbon-fiber-workshop.html for examples of his carbon fibre work.

You do have to give him plenty of time though.

Rob

Simon Pannel was recommended to me and did some first-class work on our boat recently. Trades under the name A1 GRP (or similar), and his mobile number is 07907490584.

Send a PM to Iota of this forum, he has useful experience of a few marine 'engineers' in Plymouth.

Personally I'm always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.
