Forum Rules and ybw terms and conditions 1.1 In accordance with the following Forum Rules (“Forum Rules”), IPC Media Limited (“IPC”) grants you as an authorised user (“Authorised User” or “you”) of this IPC ybw.com web site (“Web Site”) certain rights in relation to the forum services provided by IPC (as set out below) (“Forum”) and in return you agree to perform certain obligations. 1.2 Please read these Forum Rules carefully. How to use the Free Classified Section in the ybw.com forums 3.2 Subject to Clause 3.1, you can place an advertisement on the Buying and Selling section of the Forum free of charge for items up to the value of £200 and you can place as many items as you like on the Buying and Selling section of the Forum as long as each item does not exceed the £200 limit. 3.3 Please note that business or trade adverts are strictly prohibited. To place a business advertisement or to advertise items over £200, you will need to contact IPC’s sales team on 020 7261 2001 for more information. Private boats for sale advertisements can be placed on the classified advertisement section of the ybw.comWeb Site. 3.4 IPC shall automatically remove all advertisements on the expiry of one month from the date upon which your advertisement was last responded to on the Forum. 3.5 Following registration, go into the classifieds Forum, click on the ‘For Sale’ or ‘Wanted’ link and simply post your advertisement. 3.6 You have a limit of 200 characters only in which to describe your item. This is roughly 30 words, so try to be clear, concise, and accurate. Remember to include the price and contact details. We reserve the right to remove unpriced articles without consultation. 3.7 You can administer your own advertisement by logging in. Simply search for your advert, click on it and access the edit or delete facilities and follow the instructions – If any assistance is required please email ybw.com@ipcmedia.com 3.8 As noted under Clause 5.3 of the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Web Site, IPC reserves the right, without notice to you, to remove any advertisement and/or any material from the Forum or to suspend or alter the operation of the Web Site or any Web Site Services (including the Forum), at its sole discretion or for legal or technical reasons. 4. Once you have a buyer 4.2 IPC is not involved in any transaction between any party who uses this Web Site. There are risks which you assume when dealing with people who might be acting under false pretences; all of these risks are borne by you. We cannot control whether or not users of the Web Site and/or Forums will complete the transactions they describe on our site. It is extremely important that you use care throughout your dealings with other people on this website. 4.3 If there is a dispute between participants on this site, IPC is under no obligation to become involved and the Web Site’s Terms and Conditions shall apply.
