transport of goods to preveza

We are currently in Preveza and want some goods (about 100kg and 1 cubic metre max) brought out from Portsmouth. Has anyone got any ideas about the cheapest/most reliable way to do this? I have been quoted 200 pounds from a freight company which seems a lot.
