I was in St Antonio last June /July. There was not any restrictions then on anchoring. & quite a few mooring bouys, they charged my pal 8 euros a night for on of these. he was on it for 2 days before anyone came out to him. I shall be there again same time this year. I looked for your pals on Octola last year but could not find them. Surely you can anchor in the many calas, thats what we do for much of the time. Beware water from St Antonio is very saline.
