Page 17 of the PDF says for 'Carte 1' - which is the 'Atlantic region' (and gives the region names too, so may be handy - see page 18):
6175 kHz in Europe,
15300 kHz, 15515 kHz, 17570 kHz and 21645 kHz in the Alantic at 11:30 UTC
