I have a pagura - this is the standard ferryman engine which I think they all use. Good design is the water pump which is on the crank sthaft, where as F Panda was off set and apparently has bearing problems as the engine wasn't designed for a sideways pull on this area. I may be talking complete B%%$Ks but that is what I was told.

It appears to be a good runner, only 300 hours since 2003. Work outyour charging requirements based on half capacity. ie water heater water maker, battery charger (80amps = 1 KW). Will 3KW be enough as the constant load should not really be above 2KW.....
