This Bora nicknamed 'The Perfect Storm' was indeed unusual. The boat by the travel lift was literally lifted out of her cradle. A domino effect happened when the big aluminium boat tried to 'take off' and the cradle broke. At Split Airport they were tying the planes down. Wind speed recorded on the island of Pag was 245 Kms (not sure of the conversion but around 130knots).
