I can only echo Jonny's comments. We have a 913 and 2 x 85 watt solar panels, all mounted on astern arch. The 913 is connected through the HRDX but the panels, because they exceed the 100 watt solar input limit the HRDX can support they are routed through a second regulator - also supplied by Marlec.

The system works well and I have been delighted both with the products and the pre and post sales service provided by Marlec.

We are currently in the Balearics and the input from the panels dwarfs the 913, but that said the 913 does it bit once the wind speed gets up to 10 knots or so.
