Well thankyou for that, but I have downloaded it and it put my CPU use through the roof and froze my computer. Presumably it clashed with one of my security programs, so I uninstalled it and hope it has not left too much rubbish behind!
You are probably right about being outdated, but navtex works well where my boat is and I will happily stick to that.
