If you have a scanner, you can scan those charts and use them with the shareware version of the program OZIEXPLORER, which you can find on the site www.oziexplorer.com (only 75 dollar for a registered version!) and for handling seacharts with an A4 scanner, use PAINT SHOP PRO, www.jasc.com or imageAssembler trial version, www.panavue.com.
