Looking for a crewing or mile building opportunity in West Scotland

Hi,
I am looking to get some more sailing expierence this summer. I have 300 miles logged and i achieved my RYA day skipper in July 07 but havent been sailing since so i may be a bit rusty.
I live in Paisley so I can get to Largs or Kip by train. I dont know exactly what i am doing this summer yet but I should be able to be reasonably flexible with my time.
