crewing in the med

Hi
I am a 50 year old non smoking male thinking of buying a
boat, but dont have any sailing experience i would like to gain
some crewing time in the med anytime from end of june to begining of sept can pay my way,am easy going good company.just want to learn from someone who's willing to
teach,is there anybody out there please.
