Looking for Crewing opportunity in Southampton area

I am looking for opportunities to crew sailing yachts in the Southampton area on either cruising or race trips over weekends.
I am an RYA Coastal Skipper with very good knowledge of diesel engines and general maint. A serving member of the forces i cannot commit any further out than 4/5 weeks normally.
I am fairly laid back and will turn my hand to most things. Have oillies and will travel.
