Where is Hippo now, I sailed on her in 1976 when she was based in Lymington. Did the Round Britain and Ireland crewed race on her in 1976. used to be owned by Allan Goodfellow. Lovely boat cold moulded by Lallows in Cowes. Could do with more sail area in light winds. No doubt the old perkins engine with the Z drive has long since been replaced. Good design for racing, originally designed for Admirals Cup series. The sreering position was very exposed.
