I may be wrong, but you won't get 14 knots out of a P33 SD hull with 2 x 80HP.
I managed 17 knots with the same boat with 2 x 120HP.
Would have thought you'd max out at about 10/11 knots, but happy to stand corrected by them wot knows better..........?
