There will be no problem in Holland or elsewhere. It is and will be legal for you to have red diesel, whether the tax is paid or not is an issue for the country in which you bought it.

The case in Holland was an overzealous official who beleived that red diesel had been banned in the UK. He subsequently received a belt of a crown from HM and now all is well. going forward the situation will remain the same, you can enter the rest of teh EU with red diesel in your tanks, you just cant put any more in while you are there ( except Ireland of course)
