Over the weekend all 6 winches have been stolen from my boat whilst ashore. They have managed to break in by forcing the hatch, torn down healining in the saloon, galley and heads before removing all 6 Lewmar winches.

Police have been informed and offer little hope. Total cost/damage is going to be circa Ł7,000.!!! They left the TV video and other easy to steal things.....somebody who's knows boats unfortunately.

Please be aware of anyone offering 6 chrome Lewmar winches at a bargain price as they are stolen. They are 2x44ST 2x 48ST 2x 54ST.

Be aware, marinas are not as secure as MDL and other like to say. Oh and MDL couldnt really a less about this....nice eh.
