There are 2 spots outside the Barmy Arms in Twickenham that should fit you.
The first one is the downriver side of the middle steps up from the fishing punts and the second is upriver of the next steps going west. Both will just take your draft, so be careful. The 2nd steps are used for the funeral boat, so please give him the access to the steps.
