Hi searover,
you don't say where you will be based, what sort of sailing you'll be doing, who with etc. All that helps in thinking through what boat is best for you.

These people http://www.deckersailing.com/ have a 39ft Beneteau and have lived aboard for a long time now. Their boat is currently our neighbour in Gouvia.
