Sailing with Children

Further to my earlier thread and several PMs how about a children friendly meet this weekend? Weather looks a bit iffy at present but we will be out with our 11 and 13 year olds.
Bembridge? Beaulieu?

Failing that we are landlocked the weekend after but making for Poole on the 17th.

Better to keep one's mouth shut and be considered a fool than open it and remove all possible doubt.

I might be available on 17th July. Boat's based in Poole, so I don't have to go very far! Where were you intending to stay?

Our usual haunt is Shipstal Point behind Long Island but willing to try others. Friends have recomended the South side of Brownsea but we have never anchored there yet.

Hi George

Looks like light to moderate SW and cloudy on Friday then possibly improving over the weekend. We are still intending to go Portsmouth to Poole on Friday and staying there for the weekend. Will you be about?
