Only 1000 posts, standards are slipping. As to finer points........umm yeah right. Thought the idea was to ahve a meeting of like minded souls for a sort of end of season bash, well those that have an end of season.

Any chance of a last minute extra if I can get a pass from her indoors?

What's the state of the tide, could I get my P 315 up there (draft 3ft)? and is there anywhere to moor. Alternatively could stay in Poole and get a taxi.

Missing Wareham

Without a boat I was considering swimming up to Wareham - but still no joy. SWMBO has me vsiting SIL and putting up new shed. I have tried to postpone this, claim to be injured, talked about long lost uncle in Wareham, claimed insanity but to no avail, SWMBO is absolutely adamant that I am going to visit SIL. The fact that it is our wedding anniversary has nothing to do with it!

Have a drink (or two) for me and I hope that the round does not get too small.
