Probably beause the skipper is ex-Navy, and does exercises with cadets and RNLI and stuff. (He probably has the callsign in orange antifoul as well  )

Locked out of Bristol this afternoon and it was the same, thought I was at the boat show!
Must say though, the Dockmaster and staff organised everyone very well, no collisions!
