Cruising under sail.

Borrowed it from the library - a newish version.

Then manabged to buy a much older version from a book shop and boy is it good. The older version has more photos and those lovely old boats had some right sensible gear and tackle on there.

Funny how progress isn't always so - just newer, more complicated, breakable bits of gubbins.

The reference copies are still the best IMO. I have just finished "Wandering Under Sail", his for first proper book. A real pleasure especially his account of saving 3 souls from a blazing Mobo, under sail alone!
