Shrimpy
|
|
After lunch yesterday my mother in law gave me a copy of Shrimpy. Hardback, dust cover, 1981 first edition in near fine condition.
She bought it at a junk shop for 25p
Today I told her what it was worth.
"Bully for you" was her reply. There IS a God!

Crikey got a signed one on the shelf. Great book

The best way to read it is on the 'net' with google earth open as well. You can keep flicking back and forth - and opening the photos labeled, for an enhanced perspective of Shane Acton's famous voyage

I've got a signed copy of that too. I'm not selling it, though. I lend it out to people all the time- either the ones who don't understand and look at me blankly when I try to explain, or the ones who already understand totally. Great book for both camps!
