Replacing my bronze rudder-who will make one?

My ex RN Fast Motor Dinghy had the rudder blade sliced orf by the previous idiot owner, so I have the round stock, right down to the under side of the boat, and no blade !!! Anyone know where I can source one , or get one made , please ?
