Oyster dayboat by John Leather

Anybody know if plans for the Oyster are available, and where to get them? Oysters have been built in clinker, carvel, strip plank, in the past, so I assume plans were available. Now the Oyster is built in GRP as the "Norfolk Oyster", maybe the deal was plans wouldn't be available for amateur builders anymore.
