Getting the standing rigging to suit was a tad tricky. wonderfull how many pixels modern digital cameras deal with... How fast they process the image might be important too! |

Er- what sort of a jib? any idea of dimensions? Lovely to see another smack out on the water again. You'll have to bring her up the East Coast to visit all her relatives! |

funding for new sails shoud be avail in 2007... so looking for anything S/H to blow me about Absoloute max luff 41ft I guess about 29ft leech Up to 18ft of bowsprit past the stem so something around 18 to 20ft Foot hoping to make a topmast in the spring, so a topsail will be wanted I have a reasonable main... and a choice of staysails |

Russell, have got a jib that will possibly do. I'll check out the sizes. About 37 Luff ish, Area about 200 sq ft . Never hoisted it .Duradon,white(a little dirty) was a No 1 Jib from 36 ft smack. About 15 yrs old. Little used. |

Transcur. Jib sounds like a good possability. Let me know the dims when you get time. I am hoping to be going through your neck of the woods at some point in the next few weeks. ( no idea exactly when) Got to have a look at a few ole boats up the East coast.... and return a mainsail that was very kindly lent to me for last season. perhaps i could drop in and see what the jib you have is like?
