Nimbus 380 Carisma

Am looking at a Nimbus Carisma. Seems to fit all my (and wife's) parameters. Semi-D hull, solid, etc . Anyone know of any issues to look at with these? Or similar boats to consider?

May be better on the motor boat forum.
I think they are classic but others won't.
