Beru Cold Start Device for Perkins Engine

I have a Beru 4070S cold start device which was a spare on my yacht which I sold. The engine was a Perking 4236 but I assume that the device fits other engines. Although not clean (stored in a drawer) I believe the plug was bought new by the previous owner.
