ad for paperless magazine

the ad for the paperless magazine, which resides on the right hand side of my page, sometimes sit over the threads, i have tried to get rid of it, but the area where the ad was ends up blank, without the text of the thread reappearing..
How can i a) get rid of the ad
or b) see the rest of the thread without seeing the ad
c) move the ad
it doesn't happen all the time just on some threads which have extended across full page, normally i get 3/4 page width threads, with the ad on the last 1/4 of page..

What ad? Never seen it!
This one? If so it lives on the ybw home page. Best to leave it there.
