Since running a registry clean recently, the 'Quick Launch' area of my taskbar keeps disappearing every time I restart the computer. When I look at the taskbar properties, the 'show quick launch' option has become unticked. Ticking it again restores the quicklaunch for that session, but it becomes unticked again after a restart. Any Ideas please?

I have a complete physical hard disk backup if really necessary......but in all other respects everything is fine and working much faster than before.
