Copying bookmarks/favourites

Can anyone tell me how I can copy my long list of bookmarks/favourites, from a Laptop PC to my MacBook, via a pendrive usb thingy.

Most browsers have import/export function, usually under File in menu bar. So go File/Import Export/favorites and export favorites direct to your usb stick, then put stick into mac and do File import favorites
