Needles Channel

Just came through there yesterday. Counted 7 blue chemical 5 gallon drums almost in a line stretching as far as Hurst. Matter of time before another mishap there I think!

Problem as we all know, is that when the tide runs, they get pulled just below the surface & become invisible. Its scarey what could happen in this channel if sterngear fouled, particularly at night. The alternative, North Channel & perhaps Hengistbury Head is just as bad, but we expect to see them there & most are marked ok.
