Hydraulic Steering

Hi all hope the weather is not to hot for you !
I am in search of an engineer to look at my hydraulic steering on a 38ft colvic moored at Maldon Essex. Does anyone know of a local engineer that would be intreasted in the Maldon area.

Its been leaking from both helm positions i have took all the pipes of behind the wheel and replaced the rubber seals. But it still leaks and i dont want to replace the steering pumps if i dont need to. I think i have done all i can. Im fed up with taking it apart bleeding it and puting it back together to find it still leaking. That why i feel i need an expert
